The Nagaji Institute of Technology & Management was established in 2003-04 by Shri Bal Keshanandji Shiksha Prasar Samiti on a 27 acre single piece land away from city pollution in natural clean and quiet environment at SITHOLI, Gwalior . The Institute is affiliated with R.G.P.V. Bhopal and approved by AICTE, New Delhi and M.P. Government.

Samiti has rightly named the institute after the famous saint of the region Shri Nagaji Maharaj of Porsa, who worked very hard for upliftment of masses. The samiti is committed to this huge work and is contributing its humble share by way of developing a center of excellence for imparting quality technical education. The products of this institute would be throughly trained engineers with social, cultural and ethical value
